Nirakar Nayak

Mr. Nirakar Nayak completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and M.Tech in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems & Power Electronics from Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in 2015 & 2017. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics from the National Institute of Technology Silchar, Assam, India. His research topic includes control and hardware development for the DC Micro-Grid.

Mr. Nayak is presently working as a Senior Engineer - Electrical at Stanley Black & Decker Inc. (one of the Fortune 300 MNC Companies) in Bangalore, Karnataka. His key responsibilities are PCB Design, Hardware Testing as well as R&D activity at SBD - Bangalore Business Unit. Where he is also the Lead for the R&D Unit. Before that, he worked with Scientific Mes-Technik Pvt. Ltd., Indore, MP, as Senior Engineer-R&D. He has more than 5 years of experience in the R&D Domain.
