The isolated discrete gate driver is a high-speed, single-channel gate driver designed for driving IGBTs, MOSFETs, and other power semiconductor devices in high-power applications such as industrial motor drives, solar inverters, electric vehicle chargers, and uninterruptible power supplies.
The developed gate driver circuit supports a wide range of input and output voltage levels and includes features such as over-temperature protection, under-voltage lockout, inbuilt transient voltage suppressor, and fault reporting to enhance system reliability and safety. It is available in Dual-in-line and plug-in packages which we can easily plug & play with our power converter circuits accordingly.
